Shadow of the Day

Some people get the impression that Daigo is just some devilish beast, which most demons are. He's different. Yes, he gets angered, but doesn't everyone and everything? He's usually pretty laid back and calm, choosing to watch the game of life from the sidelines. And antisocial, yes. Quiet, reserved, and rather intelligent.

And a few moments after this he probably would have disintegrated into his shadowy form and would have taken refuge in a darker area until night fell once more.

He can observe sunrises too.
The beauty and peace of it all calms him even more so.

Mm, had this idea rolling around in my head for awhile and just recently put it on paper. The original idea was slightly different though.
As for this one, its a little too "painterly" for my liking.
The sunrise is...iffy.
But I guess I could consider this a lengthy speedpaint. Didn't take very long, only about two or three hours.
